Returns and complaints

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you can return them without giving any reason within the legal period of 14 days. The period for withdrawal from the contract lasts 14 calendar days and starts on the next working day after receiving the goods.

The goods you return must be in their original condition and undamaged. If the goods are returned incomplete, damaged or visibly worn, we can charge you for damages.

We will return the money for the goods to your account as soon as possible, but no later than within 10 working days of receipt.

Please attach the completed form to the shipment you are sending back.

Please return the goods properly packaged to avoid a possible reduction of the amount for damage. If you were given a gift for your order, you are obliged to return the given gift together with the goods. We will inform you about the acceptance of the returned goods via e-mail.
